Trump doesn't have to be arrested after being indicted. He'll have an arraignment scheduled where a judge will explain the charges against him. If Trump skips the arraignment, THEN an arrest warrant will be issued.

Whether or not a person is arrested after being indicted depends on a number of factors, including the severity of the crime, the evidence against the person, and the person's criminal history.
