For centuries, every book, movie, advertisement, school lesson, etc. showing any kind of love or attraction was focused solely on heterosexuality. But you're right, we shouldn't force that on children, which is why it's so important to show other types of attraction too.

Transgenderism has nothing to do with sexuality, but we could use some more variation beyond the stereotypical man and woman too, like in reality.
