You clearly dont understand the nature of those who buy into conspiracy theories. The psychological and indeed psychiatric conditions that can allow this deviation from the norm can come from many causes, including self harm and substance abuse. But in the end the result is the same. A need to have your voice heard and be regarded in a leadership role, to stand out from the crowd. Look at the guy who painted himself like an indian , put on a big horned hat and made sure he was seen on January 6 in the Capitol building. Perfect example, when compared to the same man when he appeared in court.
We have these people with the same condition here, making claims, supporting various theories involving Faked Moon landings, Fake religions, fake climate change and fake election results,. The point is that there really is no need for them to justify their logic. The moment in the spotlight and the appearance of importance they seek is in the rest of us offering relevance to them by acknowledging them.. From time to time I am equally guilty of this. My only defence is that the other person waffling on is so obviously unable to defend their position and condemns themselves every time they open their mouths. I do get a kick out of poking some bears. Cruel I know..😷
