Not complicated at all.

Trump attempted a coup. The plan depended on Pence violating his oath.

Pence refused and the mob tried to kill him.

All the rest is just noise.

Cool story Bro
@TheRascallyOne convicted of seditious conspiracy is a 20 year sentence. That’s what happens when you believe trumps lies.

{@ryderbike] now let us hope the full power of the law indites trump and throws the book at him and gives him jail time for his attempted coup

Knowing Trump the way that I know Trump I think the following was his coup plan.

Step one: Publicly pressure Pence to do the "right" thing and over turn the vote.
Step two: Sit back and wait for Pence to refuse to overturn the vote.
Step three: Publicly accuse Pence of being a traitor.
Step four: Order a bucket of KFC and sit back and eat it while watching the coup on TV.

I think Trump loved the idea of his followers forcefully taking back the WH for him because it would show that they loved him. And if there was a hanging or 2 it would show that they really really love him. Cheers!
That's just really hard to swallow without choking, though.

Pence swore an oath to what? Trump's Constitution or his own?

And if it wasn't Trump's, wasnt he a traitor like Moses or Jesus?

@MistyCee I thought he swore an oath to the US Constitution and fulfilled it.

Those are facts.
