They like having an empty person to manipulate. Look at Trump, in some ways it backfired but for the most part it was a decoy for them. Senator Scott is a great example, he does anything Master Graham tells him to. Hershel has been manipulated by wealthy white coaches all of his life, so he’s very comfortable in this situation. Like most people in our country with higher than 3rd grade level reasoning skills I very much hope Hershel loses by a wide margin.
@BackyardShaman Never thought about it that way - and you may be right. But I think in the 2016 primary, the voters wanted Trump but the establishment feared him. It wasn't until he won that the GOP realized they had an idiot in charge that they could manipulate (Primarily through judicial appointees and the big tax cut). Only worked for awhile, though.
@trollslayer exactly! Honestly I thought it was a joke, and the morning he was announced winner, I thought I was watching Saturday Night Live. When I got to work that morning the horrible reality hit me when I saw my shallow, ignorant coworkers cheering.
@BackyardShaman The thing with Trump - he is an idiot, but also unpredictable chaos. I think the GOP establishment realized it quickly when he went off the rails on some GOP pillars and didn't appoint "their guys" to his cabinet.
@sunsporter1649 I don't get it? isn't that Mike Pence, aka The Fly, flitting about? 🤪💩🦆 You need to stop speaking in Branco cartoons ole sundowner, no one who isn't demented like you understands...
Him, Kanye, Mike Lindel, Kari Lake, Trump, America's finest and people ask why I'm moving to Mexico (?) GEE....for them "vacuous" is one of their finer qualities.
