MAGA sock puppet Elon Musk restored Donnie Dorko's Twitter account today.

The former tangerine-in-chief told Elon he wouldn't be back, citing the numerous business problems facing Twitter.

When Donald "Chapter 11" Drumpf tells you your business has problems, you're in trouble.

This buried the news that Twitter offices are closed on Monday.

It's inviting your friend round to a house that is burning down.

I wouldn't worry. 😂

@Burnley123 He is closing them temporarily. I'm not going to count Twitter out just yet. But you're right, his house is on fire. And me? I'm roasting hot dogs.

@LordShadowfire I think that the multitude of problems - long and short term- will end Twitter. Law suits. sraff, advertiser revolt: all of this overlaps.

@Burnley123 Waiting for the first major outage to happen, rest assured it'll be interesting.

People that have been fired will suddenly turn out to be not as unnecessary as he thought. At that point, many of them will be working elsewhere, and the rest will agree to fix the issue but as contractors, rather than employees. At that point there will be another major realization: how much more expensive it is to get major outages fixed by contractors, for a company that size, rather than having a department dedicated to incidents.

To be frank this live sh*tshow is the best demonstration of how right-wing libertarianism "works" once it clashes with reality and is no longer theoretical. "Absolute" freedom of speech? Look at Eli Lilly stock. Appealing to far righters? Look how everyone minus them is going to leave. Letting the platform self-moderate/self-regulate itself? Look where the advertisers went.. 😜

No no, it's the complicated dynamic of mating at play here. Don is playing hard to catch, and Elon thought just buying Twitter would get his primadonna attentions, but it's likely he'll have to do more before this ship can sail ⛵

Not even Spanish telenovelas

I give it three days before Trump becomes Twit in chief again. He wont be able to keep away from his phone and the free publicity. What do the Vegas Bookies say??😷
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
@whowasthatmaskedman They're too smart to take sucker bets. Also, I followed him because I just know he'll be back.

One good thing, or 2 from this: it helps give the FBI a good list of people to watch, all conveniently in one place. Also some hangers on at Twitter will leave this being the last straw.

If he actually comes back, it's the kiss of death to the "Truth" network. Decisions, decisions, decisions....
tindrummer · M
he'll be back by the end of the week and it's Sat night

“Tangerine in Cheif”- someone needs help with their TDS
ron122 · 41-45, M
And the whining begins.🤣
Well, nobody know more about bankrupting companies than Donald Trump
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
@independentone Exactly. If the man who has lost more businesses than most people ever start is telling you your business is in trouble, you should probably listen.

How is he a ‘MAGA sock puppet’?
