If this was really the case, I doubt Biden would have won in 2020 (or even managed to "steal" the election). He sure as hell didn't win it on his own personality.

Well we don't really know if his big announcement will be that he is running for office again. His big announcement might be that he is moving to Russia to comfort Putin for his loss in the Ukraine. Cheers!
