Should federal welfare to poor backward republican states be ended

As it is now educated affluent democratic states pay for welfare to uneducted poor republican states espacially in the deep south should this end.

@Dino11 Democratic states are not nearly as dependant on federal handouts as republican states democratic state would gain in net terms terms if federal welfare was ended republican states lose out instead.
