they already do , you can't have surgery if you are not vaccinated.

@Khenpal1 Largely untrue in the US. In hospital, your chances of even getting the vaccination are low due to already compromised immunity.
All hospitals are requiring testing, but not vaccination. And the surgeries we're discussing here are largely elective or not life-sustaining. It's a problem in some areas, but if you need a life-sustaining surgery, you'll still get it, Covid or not.

@Khenpal1 And they can turn you away for not being vaccinated? For things like cardiac surgery or bowel re-sectioning?
If so, is that doing damage to communities there? are people angry or to they accept it? As you might imagine, we show very little international news here these days unless it's a country at war.
