Have you been into the diesel oil again?

@Allelse deny it , Karl Marx was an evil devil worshiping nut
And the left us following him
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@Driver2 Look if you hate Marx, that's fine, and I'm sure you have your reasons. But there are a grand total of exactly zero Marxists in the United States today. If you hate American leftism, that's also fine, but they're not Marxists. Take it from a flaming lefty like myself, none of us are into Marxism.

@BlueMetalChick well BLM is and they have many stupid sheep following them
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@Driver2 BLM is not Marxist. One time like four years ago, one of the three founders of BLM self-described as being a "highly trained Marxist" despite that she's not. I have no idea why she called herself that, but it made her sound like an absolute fool. Maybe she was trying to say "highly trained marksman?" Marksman and Marxist sound similar when you speak them out loud. I really have no clue though. She's undeniably not a Marxist though because she co-founded Black Lives Matter, which is in and of itself an affront to Marxist thinking because it puts race issues front and center. Marxists believe that the only identity that really matters is socioeconomic status. Everything else - race, age, gender, sexual orientation, etc - doesn't really make a difference. Marxists say that those things are unimportant in the grand scheme of things, but that the wealthy owner class has pretended that they're important to keep people divided.

@Driver2 I have a feeling that you define Marxism as any philosophy or thought that you don't like.
Driver2 · M
@JimboSaturn I know what it is and it’s a failure and responsible for misery
JimboSaturn · 56-60, M
@Driver2 Not really. Marxism has a specific meaning.
Driver2 · M
@JimboSaturn Ok what’s the meaning?
JimboSaturn · 56-60, M
@Driver2 Marxism is a socio-economic principle that the state owns all the capital and controls the economy. The power is supposed to be with the worker who controls the production. It has nothing to do with race and social standing, every one is supposed be equal. I think it is a croc of shit myself but it has nothing to do with race theory.

@Driver2 Marxism is a flavor of political and economic philosophy which is based upon the concept that no identities matter other than your social class. Your race, your religion, your gender, your sexual orientation, your age, and everything else is unimportant. The only thing that matters, in Marxist thinking, is how much money you make and your ability to participate in the economy. Therefore, to a Marxist, monetary inequality is a crime in and of itself because it allows an unfair advantage to be held by some over others. The solution that Marxists embrace is for all workers to own their means of producing goods and services. In other words, if you have a business that makes a product, there is no boss, and rather the business is run exclusively by the workers.
