Very slim. The rocket will largely disintegrate as it enters the atmosphere. However, a few pieces might crash to the earth.

Earth has a surface area of about 200 million square miles, so the chances of falling within one square mile surrounding Mar-a-Lago is about 1 in 200 million.

Actually, the probability is somewhat higher than that, since I don't think the Chinese rocket ever gets near the Earth's poles.
