Be nice if Trudeau tore the idiot a new one over the Keystone Pipeline cancellation, which hurts Canada. But I doubt it. A pipeline that paid six-figure salaries to thousands of blue collar workers and would help US energy supplies was deemed "not in the national interest" by idiot Biden. Tells us all we need to know about the idiot.
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@graphite Help US energy supplies? That extension was exclusively to let leafistanis sell oil to the Chinese.
Crazywaterspring · 61-69, M
@graphite If that pipeline were that important it could be built to the Canadian west coast. They have ports and refineries.
@graphite They were all contract workers. They go around the country and take different jobs from different companies for a temporary amount of time. It's part of their trade to do that.

Try listening it to in English if you don't understand the French translation. But, the gist is Canada and the USA have agreed to work together to combat COVID and recovery by relying on a common bond around a belief in democracy.

The Prime Minister pledged his support and offered any help to Texas that they need. It was a good, solid speech for each of them and confirmation of national friendship and alliance for the economic benefit of both countries.

If he's gonna say anything to Trudeau, it should be an apology for shutting Keystone down. What an idiotic move.

Heard he talked in the Oval Office and there were cardboard cutouts. I didn’t get to watch it, was busy all day.
