Trump and Giuliani being sued for what??

January 6th was all about disrupting the counting of the Electoral Votes.

It was about disrupting an essential part of the peaceful transfer of power.

It was orchestrated by Trump and his cohorts. Carefully thought out or not, it was his plan to pressure Congressional Republicans and the Vice President to set aside the results of the election. Just look at what he had done and said since the election.

{@whowasthatmaskedman ] much as as critic i have been on trump i say good luck with latest attempted to nail trump for something .they have tried and failed twice with impeachment procedures . this is starting to look like a personal vendetta now .i cannot see why they are going down this road again as where these charges not in his impeachment trial . alas it does seem wrong trump has escaped justice as he is guilty as charge but some how it has not been proved . do not bother wasting your time it is seems nothing sticks to telflon don or the devil is looking after his own

There was an overarching conspiracy between various parties to stop the count of the electoral college and ultimately to overturn the election result.

This is being taken so seriously by investigators that they are considering using racketeering laws to charge.

Trump , Giuliani et al are already in serious legal jeopardy and we have only just scratched the surface of what actually occurred.

The Republican party are fighting for their lives and the future of their party.
The Democrats are out for blood and the electorate.......remember them ? want to see 'justice' done for the five who died in the end result.

This is just another 'tactic' in trying to draw a line under the whole thing by attempting to apportion 'blame' on somebody no longer able to influence things

Maybe they can be sued for lying about the election being stolen.
