US fails in bid to have Julian Assange extradicted for Espionage Charges

Judge says that harsh conditions in US Prisons would lead to Julian Assange committing suicide.
Obviously, US Prosecutors will appeal the decision.
In a scathing indictment on the US Prison system, the judge essentially ruled the US prison system was too repressive to extradite.

Assange isn't getting bail. the UK judge agreed with all the representations put by the USA except for the belief that the US judicial system cannot by guaranteed to ensure his mental health. After all Assange would be dumped in a facility like or similar to Guantanamo and treated like a non-person by the USA for exposing that country's dirty military secrets.
@zonavar68 treated AS a non person...lol

no grammar nazi here though...

no comparison.....

it IS torture in US prisons!!!

Methinks Julian would also "commit suicide" in America in general and the judge was just looking out
@Jackaloftheazuresand first step//he will win the appeal

Saving him from murder by suicide.

The US want to give him a fate worse than death. Suicide would be logical.
