Assange isn't getting bail. the UK judge agreed with all the representations put by the USA except for the belief that the US judicial system cannot by guaranteed to ensure his mental health. After all Assange would be dumped in a facility like or similar to Guantanamo and treated like a non-person by the USA for exposing that country's dirty military secrets.

Methinks Julian would also "commit suicide" in America in general and the judge was just looking out
