Getting a bit of distance from Hillary at this time may be a wise political move for Obama.

If she does win, how would an arrest be handled? Would Obama step in to grant a pardon before a trial? Will it then be up to congress to try her via impeachment? Considering the Democrats inability to censor their own, this could leave us with a crook in the White House. Then what?
