Does Baby-trump know he is a world-wide laughing stock, he hasn't "learned how to put out the flames of the coronavirus," and the virus is dangerous?

I am not american and I have mentioned in many discussions about Trump that there is literally no one outside the U.S. who respects Trump. he is , as you pointed out, a world-wide laughing stock but every time I mention this Trump supporters react either like xenophobes " we don't care what the world thinks" or like children and throw some mindless insult at me but they never actually address the fact that it cannot be good for the U.S. if absolutely the whole planet thinks the present president is a clown.
