@whowasthatmaskedman Trump is already mobilising (or threatening to) the National Guard which is basically a Domestic Military to use against the population. That's one 'armed force' straight off the bat.

@butterflybaby75 Yes. Ideal to quell an insurrection. Look. I think we are on the same side here. Its just that a civil war really needs the nation to split along goegraphic or state lines. Not racial or ideological. The enemy is the people generally.

@openwater He actually [b]IS[/b]. He wouldn’t have been holding rallies demonizing the other party and people who disagree with him, otherwise. He’s president of the entire country after all, not just the GOP. And it’s not about campaigning for 2020 either, he’s been holding such rallies since he was elected. The [b]only[/b] reason he’s stopped now is because of Covid -19.

Trump needs to [b]learn[/b] how to put into words “grownup ideas” as well as how to hold off on expressing divisive ideas on Twitter. And he has any number of advisers loyal to him (who [b]want[/b] him to succeed) who have been trying to help him in both areas. [b]He[/b] refuses to listen to them.

@bijouxbroussard He loves to divide and conquer. It makes winning a bit easier. Chaos is his platform. He does have some smarts to him, but has a lack of an attention span. He never had people be able to tell his spoiled @$$ no before and hold fast, which is something he needed. His loyalist do need a backbone. Civil war takes time and his attention span is not long enough.
I never understood why he rallied throughout his tenure, putting everything down and degrading others so much, instead of working on what must be done. He is a 4 year old child and hope someone else gets into office.
