Hong Kong end game on the horizon?

Protestors are using critical weapons now.
Policeman the victim of a bow and arrow attack. Petrol bombs are becoming more prevalent.
Bridges being set alight to stop access by police.
Chinese soldiers are on the street. Albeit, at this point in time, helping with the clean up.

@Gusman Sanctions aren't as strong as we like to believe sometimes, not without extremely widespread support.

@BlueVeins Even sanctions really mean nothing to Beijing.
Who suffers under sanctions? The citizens.
Does China care for it's citizens?
Only it's multi Million/Billionaires

@Gusman Yeah. It's a very sad situation, but I honestly think our hands our tied and we should just focus efforts on other human rights issues.

The only thing that keeps those protests (and protestors) alive is western media coverage. If all of this would have happened in a city on the mainland,it would have lasted a day
These protests are a sideshow and very conveniently follow the NED/CIA colour revolution playbook. Be suspicious when people riot and then their only major demands are to abolish a law that was already off the table (and conveniently protects HK oligarchs) and the rest are basically demands for immunity for rioting.
@sunsporter1649 Try actually reading the demands of the protestors and the public statements by the Hong Kong government. But then again your the conspiracy theorist.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Yeah, we know, the communist Chinese are such wonderful folks
@sunsporter1649 Your tin foil hat is cutting off the circulation to your brain.

The world is shit frightened of upsetting Beijing and the economic power it holds over most Countries
