Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. Unless you own a flower shop or a bakery, in that case your ability to exercise your Freedom of Religion is hereby cancelled.

@cunningcrocodile So true, once a common language is adopted, its easier to get everyone on the same page, and differences can be worked out. In my home state, there are many areas, unfortunately, where English is not even the third language.

@sunsporter1649 That pherick blocked me after he said "fb banned people because after trump got elected, racists got more 'emboldened'. Before I could point at that no, these groups didn't get a political outcome so upped the fear mongering against people they see as opposition. I know people submit to authority, to group think and what not, but it still seems crazy.

@cunningcrocodile Rush calls them "minds full of mush", to which I agree. Seeing my voter registration card printed in two languages infuriates me

Nothing like a vague generality to justify your personal reminders of Joseph Goebbels. I'm reminded of the 2nd little pig, who built his house of sticks and said "Oink."
I'm sending a copy of your post to the technocracy ... so they can hide under your bed 😏

@hlpflwthat Yeah, totally vague. Both suppressing information. Both pushing an agenda. Both owning a monopoly. Both demonising opposition.

Just remember, private companies have no responsibility to the 1st Amendment. You are an alt-right douche on FB or Twitter? They can happily kick you, they have no reason not to. They owe you nothing.
cunningcrocodile · 31-35, F
@Pherick Weird how all these businesses were happily making billions despite the fact that up until 2016 there were apparently all these nazis running around on their platforms...
Pherick · 41-45, M
@cunningcrocodile They were just ALOT quieter and in hidden private groups not making a big fuss ... UNTIL someone got elected, then for some STRANGE reason they felt emboldened ....
Crazy!
Crazy!
cunningcrocodile · 31-35, F
@Pherick Oh really? No, they were still as outspoken. It's just that the media cabal decided to ramp up the fear mongering and make more of a fuss about them. Decided to demonise them more, decided to label more and more people "far right" to make things seem dire, to push back against a political opponent. Remember the smear against the convington kids?
JovialPlutonian · 36-40, M
Yes right wingers should realise they're nationalist bigots just like the nazis. They don't want to admit that so quickly though do they, stupid conservatives retards!
JovialPlutonian · 36-40, M
@cunningcrocodile its ok I saw the first bit and the rest wasn't interesting enough to hold my attention so my brain automatically turned it into something more appealing.
cunningcrocodile · 31-35, F
@JovialPlutonian mhm. Usually the case with you types. You don't have the attention or intelligence to do five minutes of research and it results in such ignorant, black and white dogmas of the world.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@JovialPlutonian You get that from Fox News?

Big technology is definitely not a fan of free speech.
