I notice the technocracy banning apparently right leaning individuals for having the wrong opinion, and then...
I'm reminded of the words of an actual Nazi, the Nazi Propaganda Minister, Joseph Goebbels, in fact. And the way he felt that media outlets should act.
"Not every item of news should be published. Rather must those who control news policies endeavour to make every item of news serve a certain person". - Goebbels.
Oh, hmmm.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. Unless you own a flower shop or a bakery, in that case your ability to exercise your Freedom of Religion is hereby cancelled.
@sunsporter1649 Your right to worship? Of course, it exists, its purely secular as far as government and society go. The minute you walk into society, open a store, you are open for business for everyone, not just folks who follow the same religion as you.
Thats how it works. Don't want to serve gay folk because your religion says not to? Don't open a business. It's that simple.
@sunsporter1649 Careful, facts don't matter this person. You disagree with him, that makes you a -insert label douche- and is enough evidence for him to dismiss you.
If you open a store in this country, you ARE open to all. Feel free to discriminate against someone for their religion, their gender, their race and see what happens.
@Pherick If what the court claims was the truth, then of course I'm opposed to that. They should be able to buy flowers. However, by the same laws, conservatives shouldn't be denied access to internet service. You can't hide in "private company can deny service to whichever conservative they want" and then demand "private companies have to serve flowers to gays". Either you can't discriminate against anyone, or you can discriminate against everyone.
@cunningcrocodile Not true. The gay couple was denied because of their relationship status by the owners who stated their religion would not let them serve them.
Twitter is saying it has ToS and alt-right people are breaking by posting bigoted hateful language. There is no claim of religious bias in this denial of service.
@Pherick When FB decides that almost everyone slightly to the right of you, or even just anyone with an opposing opinion to you, whatever it is is a nazi extremist, or some sort of extremist, a convenient way to deny services to anyone they disagree with - it does become discrimination.
@cunningcrocodile I know TONS of pretty shitty nazi-esque type folks on FB, FB isn't blocking or cutting them off. It cuts off the worst offenders, but in no way gets anywhere close to "almost everyone"
@sunsporter1649 I mean, if they wanted to, sure. But then people would be free to challenge that with facts. Oh wait, these big media corporations are pushing to silence these challenges, "alternative news". Convenient.
@sunsporter1649 I'm glad you made that point. But this guy isn't interested in facts or fairness. It's "one rule for me, another for thee". My stance is you either pick "businesses can refuse services to anyone" or "businesses can't deny services to anyone". You can't selectively apply the law based on your personal politics. THAT is discrimination. @Pherick
@sunsporter1649 Yeah, though they are starting to come under fire from their own censorship conditions. Pherick is the extremist bigot out of us three. His view of "if you disagree with me, just a little bit then you you must be on the extreme end of the side I despise" is actual extremist talk. Especially viewing my stance of "i dislike both the fringes of both sides aswell as censorship" so the moderate, middle ground - as "you must be a nazi!" For stating that I DISLIKE BOTH EXTREMES and dislike censorship. It's such cultish, deluded, ignorant thinking. And I'll ironically continue to liken him the nazis, who as I pointed out, censored information just how he wants to.
@cunningcrocodile You should have seen the clowns go nuts when Geno's in Philadelphia put up this sign. Geno's had my business from then on. Great cheesesteaks.
