@bijouxbroussard That is true to a larger degree but it depended largely on where you were in the country and your social status.
Also, I was not speaking so much of how a woman was perceived as how she actually was.

@Northwest I did not attack her for, as you put it, "being an independent woman, with a mind of her own, and willingness to step up." I said, "Being elected was luck and the majority of her ideas and proposals are unattainable insanity. Not to mention she is a hypocrite." which is obvious!
The only reason SHE addressed congress is because she got elected in a district that the demographics had changed enough to swing the vote her way.

@bijouxbroussard There isn't much bullies do like other than to get a reaction by being what they are. That is exactly why I do not let jokes, snide remarks, or smart ass comments get under my skin.
