But fucking think about what you're saying here. "Hey, longtime city residents - lots of you are going to have to go on foodstamps and section 8, but that's awesome because the city is going to get 27 billion dollars over ten years." And then you wonder why those most affected by the downsides and benefit relatively little from the upsides aren't grateful.
