Is Shaikat Chakrabarti a US citizen?

According to an explosive complaint filed Monday with the Federal Election Commission (FEC), Saikat Chakrabarti, the chief of staff of New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, might have violated campaign finance law by funneling nearly $1 million in contributions from political action committees Chakrabarti established to private companies.

The FEC complaint asserts that Chakrabarti established two PACs, the Brand New Congress PAC and Justice Democrats PAC, and then systematically transfered more than $885,000 in contributions received by those PACs to the Brand New Campaign LLC and the Brand New Congress LLC — companies that, unlike PACs, are exempt from reporting all of their significant expenditures. The PACs claimed the payments were for “strategic consulting.”

Why would you ask if Chakrabarti, a Fort Worth Texas native, is a US citizen? Is he too brown to be one?

If there were campaign finance law violations, those should be investigated and charges levied as appropriate. On that we can agree, right? I'm sure you would include Trump in similar investigations and charges, right? By the way, is Trump a US citizen?

This appears to be quite the can of worms. The people in the background simply lined up puppets to be candidates and virtually of all them lost. This appears sinister (unless of course one supports its agenda). @windinhishair

It’s but one of the questions about this manipulator. If he is NOT a US citizens his actions are even more heinous. I’d like to see the footage of how he recruited Cortez. @windinhishair

@hlpflwthat Rick Perry did pretty poorly at Texas A&M. A D in Government, for example, and on academic probation when he was a cheerleader (yes, I know they call them yell leaders in Aggieland). Trump's grades certainly left much to be desired, or he wouldn't have had them sealed off from future release after he accused Obama of being a poor student. And you know Trump always accuses others of the things he is himself guilty of.
