With all the trees budding, and flowers blooming, my eyes are watering, and the allergies are acting up.

not seasonal but all year long. i live in a damp moist part of the country where mold, mildew runs rampant.

@akindheart seasonal is an antiquated term. Ever notice that Costco's, house brand of Zyrtec, Allergic,, comes in a bottle of 365?

Some years worse than others. It’s the Mountain Cedar pollen that gets me the worst, blows in from southwestern Oklahoma when the wind is from the south. With the other pollens I think vitamin C and fish oil capsules helps a great deal.
