With all the trees budding, and flowers blooming, my eyes are watering, and the allergies are acting up.

Some years worse than others. It’s the Mountain Cedar pollen that gets me the worst, blows in from southwestern Oklahoma when the wind is from the south. With the other pollens I think vitamin C and fish oil capsules helps a great deal.
