@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout oh wait the chem trails have gotten to my brain 🧠

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Its not steam at 30,000 feet and above. Its ice crystals. Flunked science class?
kittee · 26-30, T
no, its physics,m hot air hits very cold air, have oyu ever seenit comeout of your mouth on cold days,

@kittee Oh hush, you'll ruin the conspiracy theories with science!

Because of the distinct shapes...........yes those are contrails. Its rare to see so many so close together.....and seemingly parallel........but considering that for instance.......there are multiple flights per day between (for instance) NYC and LA.......leaving at close intervals for major carriers.......the route would be the same for all flights so this pattern........this close together.........is explainable.

Totes naturally forming clouds.. 😎

No. Contrails.

whether 'chemtrail' or 'contrail', one thing you can usually expect following this sort of noticeab!e aircraft "trailing" on an otherwise sunny day is an overcast sky forming shortly after in its wake....which, y'know, shouldn't be something to be held up as normal (compared to any other technological/anthropological epoch held up as reference).
anythingoes477 · 31-35, M
@sp1dwoOfe221 If an overcast sky happens on a day when you see a contrail..........it is coincidence. One has nothing to do with the other. Contrails form about approximately 30,000 feet and made of ice because of the extreme cold at that altitude and overcast skies are moisture vapor/liquid laden clouds that are much closer to earth. You're conspiracy theories are out of control. Take a pill.

you know how taking a 'superchilled' beer outta freezer and banging it on the counter makes it turn into ice? sorta the same thing going on up there, with the plane engines and exhaust causing the nucleation points that often dissipate with the winds into much larger swaths of 'overcast' than the width of the contrails that spawned them...

@sp1dwoOfe221 LONG before a contrail covers an entire sky it evaporates. Even at 30,000 where ambient air temps are between -49 and -58 degrees........a contrail will eventually evaporate in full sun. And on any day at 30,000 feet there is never a day without full sun......as most clouds are much lower in the atmosphere. It may spread out due to turbulence from the jet wash.......or from solar wind.....but as it does ,it thins out..........it does not become more dense as it spreads. So it is impossible for a contrail to widen and produce overcast skies. In 3-4 hours it will completely evaporate.
