Is doing a boudoir shoot worth it?

I've had a few mom friends whom have done it and they've all come out of it so glad they did and that they felt really empowered and it boosted their self confidence.

Do you have a photographer in mind? I suggest finding someone in your area, and I'll bet you'd do better with a female photographer (although most boudoir photographers seem to be female). Look at her portfolio on her website. Get a feel for what others have done.

And if it's not for you, then it's not for you. No harm, no foul.

I want to do one too tbh from what I hear they help women a lot with their confidence but I'm afraid it having the opposite effect
