My new DooGee S200X

My many years old Motorola mobile has now thrown in the towel and I have acquired a new military-grade robot mobile from Germany. I received it on Tuesday, March 25th This mobile has received top ratings everywhere and also on the DooGee website where I wrote a somewhat cut down review in English.

Today, March 25, I got my DooGee S200X delivered from Germany to my door with PostNord. I installed Bank-ID, Swish, connected it to Wi-Fi and inserted the SIM card from my old broken Motorola phone. It was 88% charged when it arrived and it actually also HAD Swedish language installed, I have checked out countless videos on youTube about it but in the videos it was claimed that the phone did not have Swedish language installed, that it would have bad cameras and speakers but I do NOT AGREE AT ALL with this. The main AI-camera of 100 MPixel is really good and razor sharp as hell and the night-vision camera of 20Mpixel that allows you to take pictures and film in complete pitch black darkness is also really good, the macro camera of 5Mpixel I have not tested yet. Filming in 30 fps 4K is also possible but I havent found any video-stabilization on it yet..

DooGee S200X has an OctaCore processor of 2.6 GHz and was delivered in a really nice yellow metal finish, it was available in olive green and black colors too as well but I thought the yellow one had the best looking. The phone is built entirely in aluminum with rubberized corners that gives it that certain really cool cyber-futuristic look and the weight of 395 grams feels really solid. The phone is very comfortable to hold in the hand and it undoubtedly feels like a really solid metal monster, it also looks like a cyber-futuristic robot phone that could have been built by Skynet in the Terminator movies. There was a screen protector fitted to the screen on delivery and in the box was ANOTHER screen protector. This is never included on Swedish-bought phones.

The big monster battery of 10100 MAh is more than enough for several days, I have never seen batteries this big on any phone bought in Sweden, and because of this big monster battery, the phone is much heavier and thicker than regular "none-rugged" phones. But I like when the phone is thicker and heavier. It has 4 buttons in the same yellow metal finish as the phone and a programmable button on the right side under the SIM card holder and later someday I will buy a 2TB TF card as well. It also fits perfectly in the phone holder.

It feels really good to hold in your hand thanks to its thickness and you can definitely feel the weight of the phone when you hold it in your hand. It's also more than twice as thick as regular phones. I like the round clock-like screen on the back, a very cool thing that no Swedish phones have. On this AMOLED mini screen you can see the calendar, music player, battery status, change clock background and even customize your own and much more, you can also change the look of the clock to a robot background with glowing red robot eyes. The 6.72 inch 1080X2400 Mpixel main screen is really sharp and has a very good sharpness as well as an impressive refresh rate of 120 Hertz and aspect ratio of 20:9 but I don't play a lot of games on it. Other cool features on it is that the phone has "reverse charging", ie. the phone works as a power bank that allows you to charge other cell phones / Ipads with it. TThis phone has so many cool features I cant count them all up but I am more than happy with this phone and it is completely unique compared to all other phones I have had.

DooGee is a world-leading company specializing in building rugged cyber-futuristic robot phones.

There is also a DooGee S200, without X, and they´re exactly the same but the only difference is that the S200X model has bigger internal memory.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Yes Ulefone, DooGee, Cubot are brands that make rugged phones built for everyday usage. They also has a monster batteries that can easily lasts more than a week, and they´re much thicker too because of their monster batteries. I like when they are thicker because they´re much easier to hold in hand and you dont have to worry to drop it in the ground. Thanks to its thickness and heavier weight they´re also easier to hold steady when taking shots with it. My old Motorola phone was thin as four documents above eachother and very light too and it was very hard to hold when taking shots and generally. We are all different with different needs.
