I think my cellphone is being too radioactive.

I feel unwell when it is within the distance of 3+ feet.
Bought it around 3 years ago.

Nah, cellphone waves are well below the ionizing radiation frequency threshold, they're as likely to make you feel unwell as being in a lit environment (with any source; fire, sun, lightbulb - all emit non ionizing radiations known as "light")
