I have an old phone (7 years old) so I usually wait till it's down to less than 10%

I generally charge it when it's down to about 20%

I just charge it at night.

Have a wireless charger on my nightstand so it sits there at night. Rarely have to charge it during the day but Ill top it up if i know I won’t have a chance to for a while.
