I did notice that the black phone pictured must be from United Kingdom since it has dial 999 for emergency, even though it is a touch tone replica of an old rotary phone.

Not too difficult. That’s a push button phone. It’s not actually a true rotary dial like the phone I grew up with.
one from 50's no operators 🥳
Are you sure about that ??!!

You actually could not be more incorrect. You have a very poor idea of what was reality in the USA as far as phones and this post go, you’re entirely incorrect !
In the early 1950s no one could make a direct call themselves. Calls had to be made with the assistance of a telephone operator. A person wishing to make a call would pick up the handset on their phone and wait for the operator to answer.

@2cool4school well, who is talking about USA ?
2cool4school · 46-50, F
@Khenpal1 you want to make sure that you look completely stupid ??
Try and Google it next time.
2cool4school · 46-50, F
This post is far from being even remotely correct.
Next time try harder. Do better research. Or stick to what little information you actually know.

@Khenpal1 yep. You might want to distinguish between your reality and the developed world next time? Wanna see pictures of my gun collection and my truck ?? USA 🇺🇸

@2cool4school no cars and weapons , outside US its no use to you.

@Khenpal1 You just can’t help but get dumber can you??
