How comfortable are you when your cousin wants to borrow your laptop?

If someone tries to take my laptop, they better be ready to pay for it with blood.

I ask a million questions about why they want to and the impact to their life if they can't have my laptop, and if the impact is any less than death I wouldn't give.

You can give the laptop after creating a separate non-admin user for them.

Make a Live Linux USB and boot the computer from that. It will allow them to access the internet and accomplish most common needs without booting to your operating system.
