Has over the years consistently not only lowered the stress I alone seem to damn near create....but it has certainly opened up my mind to accept that simply fact. This container of jelly connected to my neck belongs to me. As yours belongs to you. Learning to use it and the fucking endless thoughts of fear and anxiety it creates to my advantage....other wise its just using me.

@Punxi It helps me think more deeply and helps my creativity flow more naturally. Also helps me ignore the constant leg cramps I have, so that's nice as well. 😌

I've always had issues with recursive thinking and anxiety. Kinda ready to try some psychadelics as well because I desperately need to get past myself. 🤔

@thepreposterouspanda I kinda believe the vehicle upon which we wake up matters not...as long as that journey is successful. On going process I guess. I'll never reach some Zen buddha status certainly...hell, I like sparkly shit too much...lol.

Maybe not get beyond...but more so just to be...myself.
