Im not super tech savy
A few years ago i got a new ssd and merged it with an hdd to extend the drive space. Does it make it slower overall because of the hard drive? Iv been having lag issues.

You might want yo put the OS on the fastrr SSD and use the older HDD for storage

@alisonjayne thats what im doing. But im wondering if merging a seperate ssd with an hdd makes it only run as fast as the hdd because ita a slower component
