Different Clocks

Ok this has been bugging me for a while. My phone clock is two minutes ahead of my work laptop and TV. I thought they would all have the same time?

Awe so your work is stealing two minutes a day of your time from you pay wise, and well the two-minute difference between cell and TV means you can prep for your favorite game or TV program without missing the start, this may not be helpful, but I tried.
