Dog owners, please pay attention to your dogs when on a walk!

Once I tried to get her to tow me on a skateboard but the noise scared her making her run out of control.
Never again.
I could not get her to walk by my side, always dragging me
Found out while leash free in a forest she would stay a certain distance in front of me, sometimes stop for me to catch up and off she goes again.

@Robynthebeautiful We can’t walk our dogs off leash here, but one of my GF’s dogs like to leash pull also. I’ve started clipping the leash to the front hook on the harness instead of the top hook, which pulls him to the side or even spins him around if he takes off at a run. He’s stopped being so eager to leash pull now, lol.
We also put a shock absorbing extension on the leash so he doesn’t hurt himself when he takes off running.

@TeamSkullGrunt I really don’t like seeing people walking their dogs while on the phone.

Also, every time my pup stops to sniff I’m pretty sure he’s just checking the local mail of pup smells

@Justafantasy Dogs love to explore the world, and they do so by smelling it. A walk around the block with mine takes at least 30 or 40 minutes while he sniffs everything, lol

@Zaphod42 mine can sniff, just not quite as much as she wants or it'd take 15 minutes to leave the driveway
