Found one of the stray cats dead in my yard...I am wondering what could have caused it.

It was around 4 months old. There was blood around it's mouth.

It happened with my stray cat as well.

Later I came to know that he fell from the terrace of my apartment.

I got him buried near my apartment.

Miss him.😞

Ate something toxic or deadly. No other explanation because a wild animal would have taken your pet away. I'm sorry for your loss.

Rat poison. It is an anticoagulant and causes massive internal bleeding.. Poor kitty.. :(

@TheLordOfHell I was heart broken too for few days. Checked all cctv cameras for any clues...nothing suspicious was found.

@Max21 Yep but my house has high fence. It's impossible for dogs to jump in...I checked the cctv for other animals but couldn't find any
