In which way is your cat like a dog?

My very first cat used to patrol the yard & follow people as they walked by on the sidewalk. If anyone came to knock on the door, she stayed standing right in front of them, staring at them like she was ready for whatever 😂

Mine greets me at the door, lays in my lap, plays fetch, talks to me while I am feeding them ... the list goes on.

She runs to the door as soon as she hears the doorbell or someone comes in. She also used to know the fetch but now she isn’t interested in it haha
