Why do people look like their dogs?

Can't say that I do at all .. I look more like this guy ..

We're both short but he's way cuter lol

I wish I looked like my cat

i've nevere really seen it before but my roommate actually really looks like his dog

My dogs are cute tho even tho they look like the earth sometimes lol

Is that why I’m feeling a bit ruff
