Oh man..y'all know those tall, dizzying neon, sticky fly trap towers?

Diem (one of my 2 kittens) jumped up on the kitchen counter where she wasn't supposed to be, and before I could stop her..had affixed herself to one of those!! As you can imagine, she was TERRORIZED, and was hissing, going under couches and my bed with it still attached..as I scrambled to get it off and calm her down. I immediately looked to see if they are toxic, and thank goodness they are not. Had to fix the babies up some Fancy Feast and positively slather her in vaseline (recommended online) to get some of the stickiness off, aye pobrecita. She'll be rocking the Something About Mary look for a lil bit, but she's calm and okay now, with a full lil fuzzy spotted tummy. My lil Cameron Diem. 🥺🥺🥺

[@foldedunfolding ] awww poor kitty i should imagine it would of been traumatised 😞but one good think came out of it in future kitty might heed the warining of the old saying what happens with cats when there curiosity gets the better of them lol

@Straylight ugh those dont work for me, and they leave smudge stains on the wall paint! thankfully i havent been seeing fly activity like i was, but the towers i get are super effective

@ThreeLittleBirds aww thank you..yeah like..God only gices us what we can handle..I kinda feel like that is true for baby kitties too. She had a hard day, my baby, but her sister has been taking care of her too 🥺🥺
