@dontbekoi Lol. Ive not got a sanctuary. Although id love one. But this was someone elses dog. They travelled and id drive to get her. Yes our parting was pretty sudden. Shed have missed me. I definitely missed her. I still do i suppose.
I really want another black Labrador. They are so cuddly. A guy from my church once said they are children's dogs. I think he's right, that has always stuck with me.
I always loved the look of Huskies with two different coloured eyes, or two of the light blue eyes. They are stunning. I hear Huskies can be a handful though, not for everyone. We always get Lab/Golden X's because they are big, smart and huggable, and not too aggressive. Little dogs are always the mean ones.. well, except for Spaniels, they are little wiggle butts.
@HowtoDestroyAngels I also have a love for snakes, I've owned 4 including three boa's on large... Ball pythons do have amazing colors for sure, though I think I'm done with having snakes... All of my kids grew up having snakes, but they died by various causes like eating wild mice, and too much moisture in the terrarium and moving them from the city to our small town and my dad being afraid of snakes! It was fun walking down the road with a 7 foot boa around our necks, people would stop us and ask for pictures!! We'd let our girl climb the tree in our front yard, and whenever we had company over we'd bring out the boa and people loved her mild temperment!!! But they are a lot of work to care for, keeping the moisture at a certain level, keeping the substrate clean, feeding her every 3 weeks a jumbo rat! It was getting expensive, so when my daughters boyfriend fed her a wild caught mouse that the cat dragged in and we fed it to our boa, I never expected her to get sick and die like that! I was so sad!!! No more snakes for me... But we did have a wonderful time with them!
