It's good to have a healthy respect for that which can cause you real harm. You don't necessarily need to be afraid but you shouldn't forget that you're no match for certain animals, even domesticated ones.

Imagine if house cats were scared of us just bc we're so much bigger and stronger than them.

Them trusting us is like us trusting whales. I had this realisation a while ago, and it still blows my mind.

Umm I will stick with large breed dogs, horses and fur bearing creatures. No dang replies as pet for me especially a snake (Unless grown for a pair of heels or purse)!
