What does it matter what AR stands for? You can name that same thing R2D2 or 34D if you want, but that won't make it fire bullets any slower. My only point on those statistics is that not every shooting is the same, so just averaging the number of casualties in two categories won't tell you anything about how someone else would/could have handled it.

@NerdyPotato armalite rifle and has the same rate of fire as a m1911 hand gun (you the same hand gun used in every WW2 and Vietnam movie) hell American GIs were packing that back in WW1. Yes the AR15 was INTENDED for the civilian market and had to be modified for military use and spits the same amount of rounds per minute as a hand gun built in 1911. By the way that hand gun only holds 8 rounds.

You are correct however a car is viewed as a privilege not a right.

Kid with basic training in a no permit state out gunned in ammo capacity engaged a shoot in a mall kid fired 10 rounds hit 8 saved countless lives!
You don't hear about these stories due to media agenda and political alliance with gun control lobbying.

@Viper he was descented. He is like a cat. They use front paws to feel. He can open cabinet doors. Potty trained
