Cat limping after cage rest

Hoping to get some help. My cat fractured her hip, and had X-Rays done and all her hip and bones were in the correct place and it was a small fracture, so the vet advised there was no need to operate and 6 weeks of cage rest would sort that.
6weeks have passed and she has a small limp still, she’s jumping and running with ease but has a tiny limp when walking. Is this normal or should I put her back in the cage?
After six weeks she probably needs to exercise her muscles.. I'd give it a week or so to see how she does..
Her muscles have gone atrophied and need to be strengthened with exercise

@Onestarlitnight that does make sense, I will monitor her to see how she gets on.
Thank you
Cats are notoriously fast healers from bone fractures. She's probably going to be fine, but you might check it out with your vet.

Do keep us updated on her health, ok?

I advise you to ask your vet.

Awe that poor girl. If she is hopping around on it, she should be ok. The limp may be a permanent thing

@Fswain Awe she is still a youngin. Lots and lots of time to work off that injury. I don't blame you tho, I'd lose my mind if something happened to my kitty.
