Do you feel awkward if you're working with somebody who likes to gossip about everybody?

Yes. I do not like to engage with such people. They talk about other people to me and me to other people and chances are that most of it is going to be made up.

@SW-User Yep, it's possible alright that if they gossip about pretty much everybody else in the workplace, that you're also going to be the subject of gossip. And yep sometimes such people tend to make stuff up about others to make their stories more interesting
