being shy is butt

not just shy but socially anxious and prone to blushing. strangers talk to me and i stare at the ground and try to calm down cause i can feel how red i am, and i can barely talk so the conversation dies immediately lol

family pictures finally seem to be done, and i went to get a wrap from the car since it's cooling down and i'm hiding in here for a minute lol

then i'll sit down and eat with my dad 🙂‍↕

Here is what you need to do...

1. Approach each interaction as a literal training session. Have an objective for each session. These objectives should be identified in advance. For example, it might be something as simple as just saying hello to someone (that's it).

2. After each interaction critically assess how you did and find at least 3 things you can correct.

3. Move on to the next interaction with the intention of making those corrections.

You will seem a bit robotic, and each interaction will never be perfect. But that's the idea. The interactions are training sessions.
