how do you get over public shyness
believe it or not, i am quite shy and always have been, is there any way i can finally get over it?

I've found it's very much like flipping a switch. Simple, you just get out there and quite frankly don't give a shit. Pretty soon your friends and dates increase and life actually improves. You deserve better, so go out there and get it. Just remember, nice guys finish last.
