Why am I so PAINFULLY shy? [I Am Too Shy]

I'm afraid of being ridiculed or shamed if I speak up at work. The anxiety is OVERWHELMING. I could literally have the right answers and be TERRIFIED of sharing. 😔

I am very shy too
I don't think there is a person on earth as shy as I am
even when I got to the point where I could speak up for myself
the shy doesn't go away
you have to emerge yourself and hope for the best

Did something occur once to make you feel this way? Invalidated?
I used to be really shy at times or withdrawn idk but I straight didn't want to be fucked with or talk to anyone.
