Why do they act like this isn't a thing? I've had waitresses be rude to me for no reason and...

I hate it when people act like they know what happened when they weren't there.

People are rude, it happens. Best thing to do is assume it's for some reason other than you. When people irl are rude to me I'm nice to them because it often makes them second guess themselves.
