For those of u who know the story: do u think Sam Bankman Fried is innocent?

in10RjFox · M
Though I do not know the whole story, it's his greed that brought him down. But the world to blame equally as those analyst and consultants who hyped his projections are those to be punished. It was they who made many dump money into him and he had no clue what to do with it. Definitely the money is stashed somewhere. But where and in which form is to be investigated.

Singapore lost 275 million which by itself proves how unscrupulous investors were and how they used FTX for their kickbacks. How such funds were invested without any security?

High possibility that the entire episode could be an organised crime by a syndicate.

Hell no. He's guilty. He stole from depositors. He committed fraud.

His defense is that he was in over his head but that's not true.
I think he is guilty of being an incompetent businessman
@BiasForAction MUCH worse.

@LamontCranston he seems to be psychopathic..read the story in the New Yorker.

Being careless and/or ignorant with other people's investments
He's the boss, it's his job to step in and supervise this
Yes, he's very guilty of not managing other people money properly
If you lost your hard earned money with him, you'd want it back too

This guy was exceptionally bad at all aspects of the job that involve scruples or responsibility. But should we excuse him bc he has Asperger's, or maybe even worse?
Not one iota..
